I did not have this issue with the 4.15 kernel family, at shutdown it complained about libgcrypt.so.20 with "No such file or directory" so i installed the dev package for it as i already had this installed, updated to the newest kernel and on shutdown it complained about libm.so.6, so i installed the libc6-amd64 package. My problem is i am having kernel panics at shutdown with the entire 5.4 kernel family. Hello, i'm wondering if there is any help on this other than "go back to LM 19.3" however if its the only option i will have to.
